Ingredients:
- 1 pack of lentils
- 1 medium onion
- 3 carrots
- 3 celery stalks
- Chicken, beef or vegetable bullion 8 cups filtered water
Instructions: Put all of the ingredients except for the carrots into a big pot and bring to a boil. Cook for approximately 45 mins on medium/low or until lentils are soft. Put in the carrots for the last 10 mins.
