Overnight Chia-Oats


  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats (organic, gluten free oats in my case)
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt (I recommend plain Greek Yogurt or Anita’s Yogurt)
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Honey or Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Berries


Cover and shake until combined in a mason jar. Then refrigerate it for 8 hours or overnight. I top mine with some more berries and ground flaxseed. It’s also great with nuts on top.
